Ø Exterminate terrorism in all forms.
Ø Empower Indian Army and all armed forces and police departments to fight terrorism.
Ø NSG (Nation Security Guard) hubs to be created in major cities to reduce response time. NSG to be given power of operation in crisis situation.
Ø Setup Greyhound units in smaller cities and towns.
Ø Setup Bomb & Sniffer Dog Squads in each and every state capital, district headquarters and sub-divisional level.
Ø Railways to implement airport-like baggage scanning and separate coaches in every train to carry them. Only hand luggage to be allowed in passenger compartments, post screening.
Ø Setup coastal police stations and a unified coastal security command. |
